New and immensely improved! Previously, we sourced our vanilla bean sea salt, but we have now created our own enchanting aromatic recipe that is truly incredible.

Two versions, both are made with whole Mexican, Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans. This triple vanilla sensorial delight is blended with either ‘velvet’ grind French grey sea salt or Mediterranean fleur de sel from Camargue.

The ‘velvet’ French grey triple vanilla bean sea salt is much finer and ideal for baking etc, replacing the salt and vanilla called for in the recipe.

The fleur de sel is a completely different ‘snowflake’ grain that can be used in baking as well when you want to salt to make a statement, such as chocolate chip cookies. We love it for finishing, such as an ice cream sundae or our salted chocolate olive oil cake.
