Story: Oro Bailén has long been well know for their consistently quality olive oils, garnering gold medals from around the world. I am a judge on the Canadian international olive oil competition, Olive d’Or, where I have been able to experience these oils. While they offer a few olive varieties, my favorites by far are the Picual and Hojiblanca. The rest of the judging panel concurs, as these received the highest awards in the Intense Fruity category. So I have decided to bring in this new favorite and truly exceptional Spanish olive oil into our shop and classes for you to try!
